Statement of Faith
--The Bible is whole and the only inspired Scriptures
--The Holy Trinity of God, as revealed in the Bible and confirmed at Nicene Council
--The Lord Jesus Christ is the Unique Saviour of the world
--The Holy Spirit unifies and empowers the church to exercise gifts and produce fruit, in worshipping God
and serving the poor and needy
--The Great Commission of the Lord Jesus Christ to world evangelism and church planting
--The Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ, the rapture of the Church, rewarding of the saints and the
Millennial Reign of the Lord Jesus Christ
--The saints will be with Christ in eternity while the ungodly will be punished eternally
PRODUCTION GUIDELINES
Power Vision TV the first Christian Television Channel of its kind in India. Replete with a rich mix of programs ranging from talk-shows to tele-films.
--All programs should be with high moral values, consistent with PowerVision TV Statement of Faith.
--A censoring board will monitor all programs before granting approval for telecast.
--No program will use words or visuals that is directly aimed to offend another religion or culture.
--Programs will range from interviews, dialogues, clippings of church services and Gospel meetings, talk
shows, music videos, skits, dramas, testimonies, telefilms, quiz and game shows.
--All programs will be focused on family values and morals.
--Presentation must also focus on attracting all kinds of viewers.
--Sermon tapes must be accompanied by music, visuals and personal interation with viewers. They must also
be professionally recorded with a live audience and professionally edited.
--Technical format must be DVCAM of PAL. One tape must contain only one episode.
--Courier the tapes to the office in India at least one month before broadcasting.
--The primary language of the program must either be English or a language from India such as Hindi, Bengali,
Telugu, Marathi, Tamil, Urdu, Gujarati, Malayalam, Kannada, Oriya, Punjabi.
